• Protect the Integrity of Texas Elections – Texas must have the strongest election integrity laws in the country to ensure only U.S. citizens can vote. We support measures that prevent fraud and hold those who violate election laws fully accountable under the law.

• End the Revolving Door for Violent Criminals – Judges must be required to deny bail for violent offenders, including those accused of capital murder or sexual crimes against children. Texans deserve a justice system that prioritizes public safety over criminals’ rights.

 • Stop Foreign Influence in Texas – Texas land and critical infrastructure should never be controlled by foreign adversaries, including the Communist Party of China. We support policies to prevent foreign entities from buying Texas land, energy assets, and key infrastructure that could compromise our state’s security and independence.

• Defend Texas from Cyber Attacks – Texas must be proactive in the fight against cyber threats. We support the creation of the Texas Cyber Command in San Antonio to anticipate, detect, and neutralize cyber threats that could endanger our businesses, infrastructure, and citizens.

• Defend Texas Law Against Foreign Legal Frameworks – Texas law must remain the supreme authority in our state, and no alternative legal systems should be allowed to override the rights and protections guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and the Texas Constitution. We support strict enforcement of Texas law to prevent any attempt to implement foreign legal frameworks—such as Sharia law—that conflict with the fundamental liberties of Texans. Lawmakers must remain vigilant to ensure that no development, business, or entity attempts to circumvent Texas law under the guise of cultural or religious accommodation.

 • Cut Government Waste & Bureaucracy – Texas taxpayers deserve a government that is efficient and accountable. We support the creation of a Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to eliminate wasteful spending, streamline bureaucracy, and ensure that tax dollars are used wisely.

• Stop Local Tax Hikes Without Voter Approval – Texans are being taxed out of their homes due to runaway local tax increases. We support requiring a two-thirds voter approval threshold for all local tax increases, ensuring taxpayers—not politicians—have the final say.

• End Taxpayer-Funded Lobbying – Texas cities should not be using taxpayer dollars to hire lobbyists who push for policies that do not represent the will of the people. We support banning taxpayer-funded lobbying at all levels of government.

 • Secure Texas’ Water Future – Water is essential to Texas’ continued growth and prosperity. We support the largest investment in Texas water infrastructure in history—a long-term commitment to expanding water supplies and repairing aging pipelines—ensuring clean, reliable water for future generations.

• Provide Meaningful Property Tax Relief – Texas homeowners are burdened with some of the highest property taxes in the nation, making it harder for families to achieve true homeownership rather than effectively renting from the government. We support bold reforms that put Texas on a path toward eliminating property taxes and ensuring families can own their homes outright. We encourage lawmakers to find a sustainable solution that reduces the tax burden on homeowners while keeping Texas economically strong.

• Expand Affordable & Reliable Energy – Texas must lead the nation in energy independence. We support the expansion of nuclear power plants to strengthen our electric grid, ensure affordable energy prices, and meet the demands of our state’s growing economy.

 • Strengthen Career & Technical Education – Not every student needs a four-year degree to succeed. We support requiring Texas high schools to expand career and technical education programs, allowing students to graduate with the skills needed for high-paying trades jobs.

• Empower Parents & Improve Education – Parents deserve the freedom to choose the best education for their children. We support an Education Savings Account (ESA) program that allows families to use their tax dollars for private school tuition, homeschooling, or other educational expenses that best fit their child’s needs. Additionally, we support giving public school teachers an across-the-board pay raise to attract and retain top talent in the classroom.

• Ban Radical DEI Policies in Public Schools – Schools should focus on education, not political activism. We support a full ban on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in Texas K-12 public schools, ensuring that classrooms remain focused on academic excellence rather than ideological agendas.

• Restore Classroom Discipline & Strengthen Teacher Authority – Texas teachers should be empowered to maintain safe, effective learning environments without unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles. We support policies that restore order in the classroom by ensuring teachers have the authority and tools needed to address disciplinary issues swiftly and effectively. A strong education system starts with engaged parents and well-equipped teachers, and we must stand with educators to create structured, focused classrooms where students can thrive.
